Recipes are provided as written and tested by their authors. Check every ingredient against your own allergies and dietary needs. Event listings are gathered from public sources and organizers; dates, prices, and details can change, so confirm with the organizer before you travel.

You may not copy our articles, recipes, or images for republication without written permission, and you may not use the site to send spam, probe our systems, or interfere with other visitors. Automated scraping of our forms is not permitted.

When you submit the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter you confirm the information is accurate and yours to share. How we handle it is described in our privacy policy.

We link to research papers, organizations, growers, and social platforms we do not control. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
